Fees & Registration

The Pre-Conference registration fee is $25.00 and includes afternoon refreshments and all workshop materials. Space is limited

Due to the underwriting of our sponsors, the low $45.00 Conference registration fee includes plate lunch on Tuesday, box lunch on Wednesday, refreshments on both days and all conference materials. Space is limited, so register today.

Registration Deadline: February 19, 1999.

There will be no on-site registration.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Substitutions for registered attendees may be made without penalty. Cancellations postmarked on or before February 12, 1999 are subject to a $10.00 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations postmarked after February 12, 1999. All refunds will be issued after the conference.

Continuing Education Units

Pending approval, continuing education units (CEU) will be available through Harding University. More information will be available at the conference.

Exhibits will be in the main hallway each day.

Hotel Reservations:

All individual reservations must be received by February 1, 1999. Requests made after this date are subject to availability. All reservations must be accompanied by one night’s deposit or guaranteed by a major credit card. Arkansas’ Excelsior Hotel accepts Master Card, VISA, American Express, Diner’s Club, Carte Blanche and Discover. Additional arrangements may be made with the Credit Department prior to your arrival. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations occurring three (3) days prior to arrival.
